All-rounder entertainer Yurisa has won an Asian poker tournament.

Yurisa took first place in the ‘N8 Challenge the Queens’ of the Asia Poker Tour 2024 (APT MANILA 2024) held in Manila, Philippines on the 30th. Although it is not a main tournament, it is a great feat achieved in just two months after learning poker, and it is even more meaningful because it is a win won in her first season of a poker tournament.

Yurisa wrote on her SNS, “I won a trophy in the biggest poker tournament in Asia just two months after learning poker!! He posted a photo holding the winner‘s trophy with the caption, “Yesterday was my first money in my life, today is my first trophy in my life.”

The Asia Poker Tour (APT) is one of the largest poker tournaments in Asia. Recently, comedian Jang Dong-min won the APT Taiwan team match, and former pro-gamer Hong Jin-ho won the individual match in 2019.

Meanwhile, Yuri Sa appeared in Season 2 of Wave Original’s ‘Blood Game’ last year as a top 1% Mensa member with an IQ of 156, demonstrating her innate intelligence and dominating the game, establishing herself as a variable in the survival competition. With her name also on the upcoming Season 3, news of her winning the poker tournament has raised expectations for her performance as a player who will once again shake up the game and lead the game.
