Comedian Son Heon-soo has become a father.

On the 15th, Son Heon-soo announced the news of the birth on his SNS. He said, “The labor pains got worse from 1 AM, so I ended up going to the hospital at 4 AM. In the meantime, I ate a refreshing bowl of bean sprout soup, and I am so thankful for my pretty wife who has been doing so well so far. I am also thankful for Baek Yong-i (the baby’s name),” explaining the situation while waiting for the birth.

He continued, “It was 5 AM on the way to the hospital. It was only for a short while, but the snowflakes fell beautifully. My wife and I have such pretty eyes. It feels like we are welcoming a new world. I thought it would be so nice if our Baek Yong-i was born on a day like this. And thankfully, at 1:44 PM, both the mother and the baby were healthy.”
