Edaily first reported on the 6th that Lee Seung-gi appeared to have moved from his existing apartment complex in Samseong-dong, Gangnam to a luxury villa in UN Village, Hannam-dong, Yongsan.
According to the media outlet, Lee Seung-gi signed a lease contract for a 255㎡ (2nd floor) exclusive villa in La Nouveau Hannam, Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, in August of last year. According to the real estate registry, Lee Seung-gi set a leasehold right worth 10.5 billion won on the household at the time. The lease term is until August 2026. This jeonse price is the highest in the Seoul real estate market this year, following last year, according to media reports.
It is presumed that Lee Seung-gi moved from a commercial-residential complex in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, as he established a jeonse right on the house. Lee Seung-gi married Lee Da-in in April 2023 and set up his new home in an apartment in Samseong-dong that he owns.
