Actress Gong Min-jung gave birth to a daughter.

On the 7th, her agency Fantagio announced the news, “Actress Gong Min-jung gave birth to a daughter on the 2nd (Thursday).” Both the mother and the baby are currently healthy, and are resting in the warm care of her family.

Gong Min-jung said through her agency, “It‘s truly mysterious and touching that such a precious little life has come to us,” and “Becoming a mother made me realize how much I respect all the mothers in this world. I sincerely thank everyone who encouraged me and congratulated me.”

Gong Min-jung married actor Jang Jae-ho, with whom she acted as a married couple in the tvN drama “Please Marry My Husband,” in September 2024. Currently starring in KBS Joy drama ‘Today, Jisong’.
