In addition to his activities as a voice actor, he has also taken the lead in improving the rights and interests of his fellow voice actors. In 2017, he served as the 31st KBS Voice Actors Association President for three years, playing a big role in strengthening the unity between seniors and juniors. He also worked as the Senior Vice President of the Korean Voice Actors Association and the delegate of the Voice Actors Branch of the Korean Broadcasting Actors’ Union, and worked to protect the rights of voice actors by directly participating in collective bargaining with broadcasting stations and production companies.

Korea Voice Actors Association President Lee Yeon-hee said, “Senior Vice President Yoo Ho-han was an irreplaceable voice actor who showed strong camaraderie with his seniors and juniors beyond his affiliation, to the point that he was like family to all of his fellow voice actors. He was righteous, loyal, and just,” and added, “After hearing the news of his passing, I felt devastated at the sudden loss of his right arm. His absence will be so great.”

Colleagues who are concerned about the current state of Korean voice actors and the worsening market environment, as well as missing the cheerful appearance of voice actor Yoo Ho-han, who would cry and laugh with his seniors and juniors, are lining up to visit the funeral home.
