Comedian Jung Hyung Don shared his recent news of losing 21 kg in 4 months.

On the 8th, a video titled ‘Jung Hyung Don Celebrates Reversing Time and Reaching 79 kg in Weight’ was uploaded to a YouTube channel.

In the video, Jung Hyung Don said, “The first digits of my name have changed three times” and “I think this is the most I‘ve lost in my life. The most I’ve lost was 14 kg. This is the first time I‘ve lost over 20 kg”.

He also said, “I don’t really shop and I don‘t like it, but after losing weight, I have a ton of clothes in my shopping cart”, looking satisfied.

Jung Hyung Don also told us about his children’s changed reactions after losing 21 kg. He said, “My nickname at home was ‘Big Guy’, but now it‘s shortened to ’Large Guy‘” and drew attention by answering, “When the kids saw me, they were like, ’Dad, why are you so narrow-minded?‘”

Jung Hyung Don then asked, “(The kids), ’Do you like a slim and healthy dad? Or a fat and stocky dad?‘ and they said they like a healthy dad. I lost 14kg of body fat and not a single muscle,” he said proudly.

Meanwhile, Jung Hyung Don married scriptwriter Han Yu-ra in 2009 and they have two daughters.
