Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-bin, who worked together in the movie ‘The Nuns’, showed their special affection for each other.

‘The Nuns’, which will be released on January 24, 2025, is a spin-off of ‘The Priests’, the 2015 debut film of director Jang Jae-hyun, who joined the ranks of directors who made 10 million viewers with ‘The Excavation’ last year. It tells the story of people who participate in a forbidden ritual to save a boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit. The production was done by director Kwon Hyuk-jae, who created ‘Count’, ‘The Problem Solver’.

At the production report meeting held at CGV Yongsan I-PARK MALL in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 16th, Song Hye-kyo said, “It was so, so great” to work with Jeon Yeo-bin. She continued, “Personally, I also wanted to work with Yeo-bin in a project. Also, all the actors that I am close with are close with Yeo-bin, so I heard a lot of good things about her. When we met on set and acted together, it was even better than what I had heard. On set, she said that she was strong, but for me, Yeo-bin was a great strength.”

In response to MC Park Kyung-rim’s question, “What is Jeon Yeo-bin to you?”, she said, “My savior,” and emphasized, “Without Michaela (Jeon Yeo-bin’s name in the drama), Yunia (Song Hye-kyo’s name in the drama) wouldn’t have been able to do anything.”

Jeon Yeo-bin responded to Song Hye-kyo’s words by saying, “Hye-kyo was the goddess of envy.” “She’s an actress I wanted to be like and meet. I waited to see her at the Blue Dragon Series Awards because I wanted to greet her separately.
