Actress Jung Soo-jung is returning with a new film.

Jung Soo-jung has confirmed her appearance in ‘Audition 109’, where Jung Woo will not only play the lead role, but also co-direct with director Oh Sung-ho, making her directorial debut.

The film ‘Audition 109’ is about the dream and love story of ’Jang-gu‘, a Busan man who comes to Seoul with the dream of becoming a movie star.

Jung Soo-jung played the role of ’Han Yu-rim‘, a popular actress in the 1970s, in director Kim Ji-woon‘s ’Spider’s House‘ in 2023, showing a solid presence among stellar actors such as Song Kang-ho, Im Soo-jung, Oh Jung-se, and Jeon Yeo-bin, and received favorable reviews, including the ‘New Actress Award’ at the 33rd Buil Film Awards and the ‘Best Supporting Actress Award at the 28th ‘Chunsa International Film Festival’.

Meanwhile, this year, Jung Soo-jung joined BANA, an agency that encompasses various artistic fields, and surprised many fans by releasing new cover songs, ‘I’m Coming Back‘ and ‘Georgy Porgy’, through her official SoundCloud account.
