The movie ‘4‘44’‘ featuring fresh actors has confirmed its release date for November 1st and released the apartment poster and trailer.

‘4’44‘’ is a snack horror film that unfolds the mysterious and realistic horror incidents of Bukchon Apartments, where residents and visitors go missing one after another at 4:44 every day, in 8 episodes. From Lovelyz‘s Yoo Ji-ae to Ham Yeon-ji, SHINee’s Onew (Lee Jin-ki), Infinite‘s Lee Sung-yeol, GFriend’s Kim So-won, and Lee Soo-min, there is a lot of anticipation for the meeting of various actors including veteran actor Jang Young-nam.

The released apartment poster immediately catches the eye with its impactful visual with the movie‘s title and the mysterious time, ‘4 minutes 44 seconds’, boldly engraved above the Bukchon Apartment standing blankly in an eerie atmosphere. The dark Bukchon Apartment with no lights on as if no one lives there, amidst the ominous atmosphere of the dark cloud-filled sky and black birds, induces fear just by looking at it. The copy, “The terrifying Bukchon Apartment, the curse of 4 begins”, adds to the anticipation by arousing both curiosity and fear about what kind of mysterious incident will occur here and what the curse of 4 is.
The trailer creates tension by quickly capturing the various people living in Bukchon Apartments and the moments when their ordinary daily lives suddenly turn into horror. From the apartment bulletin board that makes you feel anxious with flyers looking for missing people, to a resident suffering from insomnia, a resident receiving a package, a resident going out to separate trash, a resident having trouble with a neighbor due to noise between floors, a resident experiencing fear, and even a security guard protecting Bukchon Apartments, these people who were spending their days differently are chased and threatened by something at 4:44 and face extreme fear.

Everyday spaces such as apartment security offices, walking paths, and recycling centers that were once safe and familiar suddenly turn into places of fear at certain times, and the sight of residents screaming and being thrown into confusion creates an unidentifiable fear in the audience, while also raising the curiosity of potential viewers about the curse surrounding the number 4 and the truth behind the incident that occurred at Bukchon Apartments.
