Actor Song Seung-heon shared his thoughts on acting as a ‘loveless couple’ with Jo Yeo-jeong in ‘Hidden Face’, following ‘Obsessed’.

‘Hidden Face’, which opens on the 20th, depicts what happens when a woman (Jo Yeo-jeong) who was thought to have disappeared is locked in a locked room and her fiancé (Song Seung-heon) witnesses an intimate affair with his junior (Park Ji-hyun). Director Kim plans to candidly portray the true face of suppressed desires, forbidden relationships, etc. through this film, which has a shocking premise of a woman (Jo Yeo-jeong) locked in a locked room and unable to move while watching her lover‘s love affair. It is a remake of the 2011 Colombian film of the same name directed by Andres Baiz.

At the press preview held at COEX Megabox in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 13th, Song Seung-heon said about playing a character who commits an affair with his fiancée Jo Yeo-jeong, “In my previous work, ‘Obsessed’, I played a couple in a loveless marriage with Jo Yeo-jeong, and in this work too, I play a role where I cross the line that shouldn’t be crossed with my fiancée‘s junior. That’s why I feel sorry for Jo Yeo-jeong,” making people laugh.

He then said, “Yeong is always such a great actor, and she makes her partner feel so strong and wonderful. That‘s why it was really great working with her. Especially when I see Yeojeong, it makes me want to become a good actor like her,” he said, adding with a laugh, “However, I hope that next time I can meet her in a role that doesn’t make things difficult for her.”
