ONEUS (Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, Xion) will release the digital single ‘Rupert‘s Tears (Rupert’s drop)‘ through various music streaming sites at noon on the 9th.

’Rupert‘s Tears (Rupert’s drop)’ is ONEUS‘s new song released approximately 7 months after the digital single ‘Now (Original by Fin.KL)’ in May. In particular, the song title is inspired by ‘Prince Rupert’s Tears’, which refers to tempered glass beads that are made by rapidly cooling molten glass to create strong stress.

ONEUS has received much love for their worldview that has incorporated their unique conceptual charm, such as a human monarch who became a vampire, Pygmalion who breathes new life into himself, and a mysterious and dreamy mermaid prince. Furthermore, ‘Rupert‘s Tears’ is expected to tell a new story from ONEUS using fresh material.

Along with the news of the single release, a ’Rupert’s Tears’ teasing image was also posted on ONEUS‘ official SNS. The revealed photo contains an image symbolizing starlight pouring down in the darkness. They showed their endless affection by portraying the existence of TooMoon (fandom name), who is always a ray of light for ONEUS.

Meanwhile, ONEUS uploaded the project scheduler ’ONEUS TO BE CONTINUED‘ on the 4th, and announced the release of a digital single in December, a special album in January, and a final concert in Seoul in February, receiving hot attention from fans. The single ’Rupert’s drop’, which announces the start of ONEUS‘s full-fledged hard work, will be released on the 9th at noon through various music sites.
