Group SHINee member Onew will be releasing the digital single ‘Hooray’ on the 12th at 6 PM. This is a super-fast comeback, only about 3 months after the release of his previous 3rd mini-album ‘FLOW’.

‘Hooray’ is a pre-released single for Onew‘s 4th mini-album, which will be released next month, and you can see Onew growing as an artist pursuing his own color. The lyrics express the hope that everyone living in today’s busy modern society can shake off the loneliness they each harbor and sing ‘Hooray’ together.

Onew previously showed off his musical skills that have grown significantly through his 3rd mini-album ‘FLOW’, in which he personally participated in producing and writing the lyrics for all the songs. With Onew‘s thoughts boldly incorporated throughout the album, the album proved its global popularity by topping the iTunes ‘Top Albums’ charts in 26 countries and regions around the world immediately after its release.

The album was ranked 7th on ‘The 25 Best K-Pop Albums of 2024’ announced by Billboard on the 7th (local time). Billboard highly praised ‘FLOW’, saying, “It showcases Onew’s artistry that is not afraid to push boundaries as a singer and songwriter. To repay the fans‘ passionate love, Onew has continued his fandom-friendly actions by holding fan concerts in three Asian cities: Seoul, Taipei, and Kanagawa. Furthermore, Onew will hold a sold-out birthday party ‘2024 ONEW B-Day Party ’O! NEW DAY‘’ at KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul on the 14th.

Onew will pre-release the track ‘Manse’ from his 4th mini album through various music streaming sites at 6 PM on the 12th.
