Singer Roy Kim successfully held his solo concert ‘Roy actually’ for three days from the 6th to the 8th at the Olympic Park Handball Stadium in Seoul.

‘Roy actually’ is a concert title inspired by the movie ‘Love Actually’ and featured a special setlist containing various stories about love. Roy Kim, who previously sold out all of his Seoul concert tickets, completed a classy performance by responding to the audience‘s sympathy and sensibility with well-made stages.

Roy Kim opened the concert with ‘Tonight Only’, followed by ‘Are You Well, My Love’, and ‘If You Love Me’. He then sang popular hit songs such as ‘Home’, ‘Big Dipper’, ‘Suddenly’, ‘If We Break Up Then’, ‘Back to That Time’, ‘Let’s Get Along, Us’, and heated up the atmosphere of the concert.

He then moved the audience with songs that contained Roy Kim‘s unique lyrical lyrics and sensibilities such as ‘Grandpa and Camera’, ‘As Adults’, ‘Let’s Stop’, and his debut song Starting with ‘Bom Bom Bom’, ‘Because You‘re Pretty’, ‘Only Follow Me’, ‘Love Love Love’, and ‘WE GO HIGH’, he delivered pleasant energy with stages that stood out for their cheerfulness.

Roy Kim received an enthusiastic response from the audience by performing for the first time the unreleased song ‘I Want to Look into Your Eyes and Tell You’, which can only be seen at the concert hall. In addition, he generously showed off Roy Kim’s unique charm by performing cover songs that he reinterpreted with his own sensibility, such as the late Yoo Jae Ha‘s ‘My Image Reflected in My Heart’ and IU’s ‘Love Wins All’.

Roy Kim sang his new song ‘If You Ask Me What Love Is’, which has been running at the top of the music charts since its release in October, as his last song. After the lingering stage, the audience cheered for an encore, and Roy Kim, who came up on stage once again, passionately sang ‘Spring Comes’ and ‘Blue Heart’. The audience gave him enthusiastic cheers and applause as he gave off explosive energy until the end.

On this day, Roy Kim proved himself to be a master of performance by filling the stage alone for approximately 170 minutes. He encouraged the audience‘s response and participation, giving them the pleasure of decorating the stage together, and he did not spare his witty banter and friendly fan service for Roy Rose (official fandom name). Also, by revealing VCRs with narrations of his own compositions here and there during the stage, he delivered the message of the song even more deeply with a cinematic production.

Roy Kim, who successfully wrapped up the Seoul concert of his solo concert ‘Roy actually’, plans to continue his Busan concert at the KBS Hall in Busan on the 28th and 29th to communicate with the audience.
