The group 2NE1 has confirmed their year-end stage appearance for the first time in 9 years.

According to their agency YG Entertainment on the 12th, 2NE1 will appear on stage at the ‘2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon’ (hereafter referred to as ‘Gayo Daejeon’) to be held at Incheon Inspire Arena on the 25th. This will be their first ‘Gayo Daejeon’ appearance since 2014, and their year-end stage appearance in approximately 9 years since ‘2015 MAMA’.

The return of 2NE1, who dominated every broadcast of the year-end season with their overwhelming scale and unrivaled live performances, is drawing attention. In fact, the ‘2015 MAMA’ stage posted on their official YouTube channel has surpassed 50 million views and is considered a ‘legendary stage’ among music fans.

Furthermore, since they are actively promoting an Asia tour starting with the Seoul concert last October, expectations are even higher.

It is still shrouded in mystery what kind of stage 2NE1 will put on. However, as they have many hit songs that span all generations and are properly warming up the atmosphere with consecutive performances, the birth of an unprecedented stage befitting the title of ‘K-pop Legend Girl Group’ is anticipated.

YG said, “Despite the packed tour schedule, the four members had a great will to give fans special memories in celebration of their 15th debut anniversary” and “We will repay the love you have sent us with the best stage, so please look forward to it”.

2NE1 is currently meeting fans around the world through their Asia tour ‘2024-25 2NE1 ASIA TOUR [WELCOME BACK]’. They are showing off their strong ticket power by continuing to sell out their performances in most cases, and are heating up the heat even more by moving on to Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh, and Macau after Manila, Jakarta, Kobe, and Hong Kong.
