FNC Kingdom, Large-Scale Family Concert in Japan Successfully Completed… Becoming One Through Music

FNC Entertainment has successfully completed its large-scale family concert, ‘FNC Kingdom’ in Japan.

At the ‘2024 FNC KINGDOM – SING SING SING –’ (hereafter ‘FNC Kingdom’), held at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center in Chiba, Japan from December 14th to 15th, FNC artists thrilled local fans with diverse performances. This ‘FNC Kingdom’, which had garnered much anticipation for its splendid lineup, opened with all performers singing ‘Sing Along’, the signature and theme song of ‘FNC Kingdom’.

The bands FT Island and CNBLUE decorated the beginning and end of the concert, solidifying their status as the original Hallyu bands. FTISLAND started off the concert with a powerful performance of ‘PRAY’ followed by 6 songs including ‘Stay What You Are’, ‘Orange Days’, while CNBLUE presented a sophisticated live performance of 7 songs including ‘Is It You or That Time (A Sleepless Night)’, ‘In My Head’, ‘Life Hymn’. Also, each group‘s main vocals Lee Hong-ki and Jung Yong-hwa performed a duet and passionately sang ‘Shower’, the OST of ‘Seonjae Up and Run’. They then performed FTISLAND’s ‘Love Love Love’ and Jung Yong-hwa‘s ‘One Fine Day’ together on stage.

On each group’s solo stages, the bands N.Flying and Hi-Fi Unicorn led the audience‘s cheers with setlists and performances that showed off their individual personalities. SF9, P1Harmony, and Amperesand One showed off their charms as a dance group with a splendid performance.

Actor Jung Hae-in passionately sang ‘Unspoken Words’, an OST from tvN’s ‘Mom‘s Friend’s Son’, which he personally participated in, and Steven Sanchez‘s ‘Until I Found You’. Rowoon also showed off his outstanding vocal skills by covering Japanese songs including Boundy’s ‘怪獣の花唄’ (Monster Flower Song).

The fresh combination of performances that can only be enjoyed at ‘FNC Kingdom’ left special memories for the audience. Jung Hae-in and N.Flying‘s Lee Seung-hyub covered FT Island’s ‘Wind’, and SF9‘s Inseong and P1Harmony’s Theo covered Spy Air‘s ‘Samurai Heart (Some Like It Hot!!)’. SF9’s Chani, P1Harmony‘s Soul, Ampersand One’s Nakamden, and Kairel heated up the atmosphere by performing Naniwa Danshi‘s ‘初心LOVE’.

The stages performed with different positions also caught the eye. FT Island’s Lee Jaejin and Hi-Fi Unicorn‘s Kim Hyunyool covered Mrs. Green Apple’s ‘青と夏’, while CNBLUE‘s Lee Jungshin and N.Flying’s Cha Hoon covered KinKi Kiz‘s ‘硝子の少年’, creating a moving stage with new combinations of members in instrumental positions. In addition to this, the diverse collaboration stage completed by the senior and junior teams provided abundant enjoyment and filled the performance time of over 5 hours.

Following the successful conclusion of ‘FNC Kingdom’, FNC Entertainment will hold ‘1st FNC BAND KINGDOM in TAOYUAN’ (hereafter ‘FNC Band Kingdom’) on January 4-5 next year at the Taoyuan Arena with all the FNC bands participating.
