Onew to make a comeback on January 6th… Hold solo concerts in 4 Asian cities [Official]

Group SHINee member Onew will start the new year with a new album.

Onew announced his comeback on January 6th, 2025, by posting the promotion plan for his 4th mini-album ‘CONNECTION’ through his official YouTube channel at midnight today (16th).

In the video released this time, Onew is seen walking towards a grand mansion that flaunts its overwhelming grandeur. Onew‘s enchanting visuals against the European-style building that retains its magnificent beauty evoke admiration. It was revealed that Onew’s title song music video, as well as this promotion plan, were all filmed on location in Prague, Czech Republic. Expectations are rising for Onew‘s new music and performances amidst the exotic atmosphere.

Onew’s comeback will be his first in about 4 months since his 3rd mini album ‘FLOW’ was released last September. Following ‘FLOW’, in which he participated in producing and writing all the songs, Onew plans to once again show off his evolved musical abilities as a solo artist through ‘CONNECTION’.

In addition to releasing his new album, Onew will also be holding a solo concert, ‘2025 ONEW CONCERT [ONEW THE LIVE : CONNECTION’, in four Asian cities: Yokohama Arena in Japan on February 15-16, Olympic Hall in Olympic Park in Seoul on February 21-23, Taipei Music Center on April 5, and Macau Broadway Theater on April 20.

Onew‘s fourth mini album ‘CONNECTION’ will be released on various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 6th of next month.
