Jeju Shinhwa World, a resort complex, has upgraded its year-end and New Year‘s excitement events into the resort’s signature programs and has embarked on marketing tailored to couples and families.

Year-end and New Year‘s events are usually held annually at resorts, hotels, and ski resorts. However, Jeju Shinhwa World has upgraded the scale and content of the events so that they do not remain simple seasonal events but become an important reason for customers to choose the resort during this time.

First, the performance ‘Jeju Shinhwa World Countdown 2025’, which has become Jeju’s largest year-end festival, will be held at Shinhwa Theme Park on the 31st. This year, under the theme of ‘With Everything,’ the performance will feature performances that promote ‘ a stage that families, lovers, and friends can enjoy every day, every moment.’
Artists who possess both popularity and musicality, including veteran rock band Jaurim, brother and sister duo AKMU, and singer-songwriter Lee Mu-jin, will perform at this show. There will also be performances by hip-hop musicians Don Mills, Sleepy, Wooside, and Deepflow, who will showcase exciting beats and raps. In addition, DJs Ina and Tigger will liven up the atmosphere with their DJing performances.

This performance is free for guests who reserve a room through the Jeju Shinhwa World website. According to Jeju Shinhwa World, most of the room reservations to view the performance are sold out. However, the free ticket promotion for customers who spend over 300,000 won at directly-operated food and beverage outlets is still ongoing.
‘Jeju Shinhwa World Countdown 2025’ will be operated standing without reserved seating. Various programs will be held to preserve memories of your winter trip to Jeju, such as various food booths, special fireworks to welcome the New Year, and the ‘Landing Observatory’ to watch the first sunrise of the New Year.

●A colorful and abundant culinary feast
There will also be a seasonal culinary event called ‘My Winter Episode Tasty’ tailored to the characteristics of the winter season. You can choose a menu according to your taste, from a premium buffet to Korean food made with local specialties and premium black pork teppanyaki. During the promotion period, if you spend a total of 300,000 won or more at directly-operated food and beverage outlets of the resort, you can also receive a ticket to the year-end concert.

First, the buffet ‘Sky on Five Dining’ will offer a welcome dish consisting of truffle, foie gras, and caviar, which are considered the world‘s top three delicacies, on the 24th, 25th, and 31st. The seafood buffet ‘Landing Dining’ will hold a domestic tuna butchering live show on the 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. The black pork teppanyaki specialty restaurant ‘Jejuseon The Black’ will offer a special Christmas course menu on the 24th and 25th. You can enjoy the end-of-year atmosphere with wine pairing.

The Jeju local specialty Korean restaurant ‘Jejuseon’ will offer an abalone appetizer menu when you order the seasonal special limited edition ‘Seon’ and ‘Haenyeo’. When you order the ‘Sorang’ course, an aperitif is provided.
The Chinese restaurant ‘Seonghwajeong’ has prepared the seasonal course menu ‘Sulhwa’. You can enjoy Jeju carrots and sea urchin with crab meat, broccolini Mongolian beef, and Nurungji tangsuyuk with Hallabong sauce. There are also seasonal a la carte menus such as Jeju seaweed Sichuan-style oyster soup noodles and spicy oyster yusanseul rice bowl. The Chinese restaurant ‘Le Chinua’ also offers nutritious food and oyster dishes to help you recover your energy in the winter.

The contemporary bar ‘S BAR’ is offering festive special cocktails such as ‘In Smoke’, ‘Triple Berry’, and ‘Dalgona’ until the 31st. If you visit on the 24th, 25th, and 31st and order a menu, you will be provided with a glass of champagne Perrier Jouet as a welcome drink. At ‘M Lounge’, you can enjoy wines from all over the world selected by a sommelier. ‘Landing Deli’, you can also enjoy a special cake limited to the Christmas season to express your gratitude to your loved ones.

●Resort transformed into a small village in a fairy tale
In addition, the resort has been decorated like a cozy and warm small village in a fairy tale so that you can enjoy Jeju’s winter scenery and make year-end memories. With the theme of ‘My Winter Episode’, the outdoor terrace, four hotel lobbies, and various parts of the resort have different concepts. The outdoor terrace connecting the Landing Hall and the Shinhwa Hall features large and small trees and a red triangular roofed house reminiscent of a Northern European countryside village. A large gingerbread house made by the Jeju Shinhwa World pastry team was installed in the M Lounge and Landing Lounge.

The Shinhwa Hall lobby was decorated as a mini village in a snow-covered forest, and the Marriott Hall was decorated with a glass greenhouse house and a tree. A Christmas photo zone was set up in the Landing Hall lobby. The condominium Somerset also decorated the reception space with a large Christmas tree over 2m tall and antique props.
In addition, the ‘Nolmong, Shimyeong, Bulmong’ event, where you can find peace of mind while listening to the sound of burning firewood, will be held at the outdoor plaza of the Landing Convention Center. It will be held for approximately 2 hours from 7:30 PM every day and will provide roasted sweet potatoes and warm drinks.

Meanwhile, Jeju Shinhwa World will also be offering the ‘2025 New Year Sunrise Package’ in line with its winter program. You can enjoy the free upgrade to a landing room with a sunrise view, and enjoy coffee and sandwiches at the landing observation deck while watching the sunrise of the new year. There is also a Polaroid photo event.
