Singer-songwriter ‘DamDam(淡淡)’ made a comeback on the 18th with her new EP album ‘24Frame’. Like the character ‘dilute’ ‘dam(淡)’, she honestly tells her story.

This album, which includes five tracks, is her second collaboration with total music production company ‘FUTORE’, and tells stories about time with fairytale-like lyrics. ‘Damdam’ participated in writing and composing all the songs, adding meaning.

Musically, the warm yet sophisticated atmosphere unique to ‘Damdam’ was completed by harmoniously utilizing acoustic sounds and electronic music elements.

The title song ‘ELLA’ compares the story of finding one‘s true self to Cinderella, and the double title song ‘Camera’ is a song that depicts the act of taking pictures with the idea of ‘trapping time’.

‘Slump’ is a calm song about the fear that came when starting the music that she had wanted to do since she was young. ‘Night’ expressed one’s feelings of one‘s heart becoming noisier as the surroundings become quiet before falling asleep.

The last song ‘It’s not that place, but that time that I miss’ expressed longing for memories rather than longing for a space.

‘Damdam’, born in 1994, is a singer-songwriter who has been gaining attention for her soft and dreamy vocal tone and honest lyrics. Since her debut in 2016 under her real name Oh So-yeon, she has released a total of 18 singles and 1 EP. Since 2022, she has been presenting calm and peaceful, calm music to the public under the stage name ‘Damdam(淡淡)’. But sometimes, she creates a song by adding a bouncy and free melody and writes straightforward lyrics on top of it, which is her magic.

Meanwhile, ‘Damdam’ will hold a showcase to commemorate the release of the ‘24Frame’ album at ‘Cassette Studio‘ in Mangwon-dong at 7 PM on the 21st and then begin full-fledged activities.
