Singer Jang Min-ho was selected as the singer with the most anticipated Christmas carol album.

On the 23rd, the trot star voting web service ‘Trotpick’ (trotpick) announced the results of the special vote ‘Which singer is the most anticipated Christmas carol album?’, held from the 16th to the 22nd. According to the voting results, Jang Min-ho took first place with 196,620 points.

Jang Min-ho debuted in 1997 and went through groups such as Ubis and Baram before turning into a trot singer in 2011. After a long period of obscurity, he reached his heyday in 2020 when he gained attention through TV Chosun‘s ‘Mr. Trot’. He is also active in entertainment programs, appearing in KBS2’s ‘Convenience Store Restaurant’.

Jang Min-ho made a comeback on the 28th of last month with his new title song ‘Love‘s Tiki Taka’ and his third mini-album ‘Essay ep.3’. He will embark on a national tour in December. He will be holding the 2024 Jang Min-ho Concert ‘Hosijeol (好時節): Time Travel’ for three days from December 27th to 29th at Sejong University’s Daeyang Hall in Seoul. Starting with the Seoul performance, he plans to meet audiences all over the country.
