Lee Seung-hwan had planned to hold his 35th anniversary concert at the Gumi Cultural Arts Center Grand Concert Hall on that day, but Gumi City abruptly canceled the venue on the 23rd, citing “concerns about conflict with conservative groups,” causing a stir.
