JYP Entertainment (hereafter JYP) and group Stray Kids will share a message of hope with fans through a special funding project.

On December 24th at 2 PM, JYP opened ‘EDM Funding with Stray Kids’ through the Naver Happy Bean platform. This funding project is part of JYP‘s ongoing social contribution project under the catchphrase ‘EDM (Every Dream Matters!), and was created to provide fans with an opportunity to realize the value of warm sharing together with artists.

Those who participate in this funding will be provided with an EDM blanket and reusable bag set as rewards, created in collaboration with ‘Springshine’, a social enterprise featuring developmentally disabled artists. The lap blanket was designed with added meaning by Stray Kids members participating in the design process with four developmentally disabled artists, and was made with upcycled microfiber fabric that has obtained the GRS (Global Recycled Standard), an international eco-friendly certification standard, to minimize its environmental impact. The reusable bag can be used for various purposes, and you can freely attach Stray Kids’ autographs and marine life patches to complete your own, one-of-a-kind bag.

This EDM funding, which contains Stray Kids‘ messages of protecting the marine environment and supporting children’s dreams, will be held until January 14, 2025, and a total of 10 funding participants will be selected to receive Stray Kids‘ autographed albums. All proceeds will be donated to the National Cancer Center and used for the ‘EDM Treatment Cost Support Project’ for pediatric and adolescent cancer patients.

Since 2019, JYP has been systemizing CSR activities and carrying out various projects under the catchphrase ‘EDM (Every Dream Matters! : All dreams in the world are precious)’. It is spreading good influence through various social contribution activities such as ‘EDM treatment cost support project’ for domestic and foreign patients suffering from economic difficulties, and ‘Love Earth’ to cultivate the soil of dreams where future generations can live healthy lives. Stray Kids has also been continuously doing good deeds through various sharing such as responding to the global food crisis and supporting hygiene and health, supporting the hearing impaired and the developmentally disabled, and supporting underprivileged children at home and abroad.

Stray Kids recently achieved 1st place on the US Billboard main chart ‘Billboard 200’ for the 6th consecutive time with their new album SKZHOP HIPTAPE ‘合 (HOP)’. For the first time since the chart was established in March 1956, six consecutive albums, starting with their debut album, entered and topped the Billboard 200, proving their powerful global influence.
