N.Sign‘s popularity in Japan is extraordinary... New album tops charts
The new album of group N.Sign has surprised everyone with its success in Japan.
According to the global music streaming platform iTunes on the 31st, N.Sign’s third mini-album ‘Love Potion’, released the previous day, ranked first on both the Japanese Comprehensive Album Chart and the Top K-Pop Music Album Chart.
Since topping the Japanese iTunes Comprehensive Album Chart with their debut album ‘BIRTH OF COSMO’, N.Sign has shown remarkable growth by entering the upper ranks of major Japanese charts with every album.
‘Love Potion’ is N.Sign‘s new album, released five months after their second mini-album repackage ‘Tiger’, released in July. Having shown off a variety of surprising charms in their previous work, Ensign has returned with brighter energy.
The title song of their new album, ‘Love Potion (백일몽; 白日夢)(러브 포션)’, is a dance song that expresses the authentic new jack swing of the 90s with Ensign’s own refreshing style. They have showcased a unique ‘newtro’ through a track and melody that maximizes the groove unique to black music.
Ensign worked with Yoo Han-jin on many of the songs in this album, including the title song. From ‘Apocalypse (:Superego)’, which contains the rough and deadly charm of Ensign, to ‘Running After Love’, which honestly expresses the heart of youth hurting and regretting misguided love, they are receiving favorable reviews for the birth of a masterpiece with songs on various topics.
Ensign‘s third mini-album ‘Love Potion’ can be enjoyed through various online music sites.
