Singer YUL2 has released a teaser for his new song ‘Hater’, signaling new activities in 2025.

YUL2, who debuted in July 2023 with the single ‘Paranoid’, has established a unique identity with ‘Obsession’ and ‘Starry Night’ released last year, and is releasing a new song ‘Hater’ as part of a series.

The teaser released on the 5th captures attention with its rough screen composition and unconventional scene splitting, taking advantage of the characteristics of the song‘s pop style that adds hip-hop to rock base. YUL2’s singing ability is clear, with his signature vocal tone that combines screaming with a wounded face and condensed emotions.

The sound source will be released in both a 19+ and an All version, but since only the 19+ version is released for the music video, the unconventional screen stands out. YUL2‘s identity and artist-specific charm stand out as he debuted as a solo singer after aiming to debut as an idol during his trainee days.

IX Entertainment, his agency, said, “We think that the period from his debut to releasing this new song is a process in which YUL2 finds his own music amidst chaos,” and asked for support, saying, “You will be able to discover YUL2’s inherent musical strengths and artist charms through the new song ‘Hater’ music video.”

Meanwhile, YUL2‘s new song ‘Hater’ teaser was originally scheduled to be released on January 2, but it was postponed to noon on the 5th to coincide with the national mourning period. The ‘Hater’ sound source will be released as originally scheduled on the 8th (Wednesday) at noon through music sites.
