Ahead of her solo debut, (G)I-DLE‘s Minnie will be revealing her hidden charms with an unconventional concept.

On the 7th, Minnie pre-released the music video and concept photos for ‘Blind Eyes Red’ through her official SNS channel, signaling her unconventional first solo comeback.

The concept photos that were previously revealed showed Minnie trapped somewhere behind a glass wall or with her eyes closed. In particular, attention is focused on Minnie’s doll-like visuals after her shocking blonde hair transformation.

The music video that was released afterwards contained a narrative of inner growth as she transforms into ‘Red Minnie’ through black, white, and red colored objects. In the sensual visual beauty that encompasses reality and the inner self, the overwhelming feeling and intense colors of the giant eyes caught the eye.

‘Blind Eyes Red’ Minnie participated in writing the lyrics herself, and it opened the prelude to the songs that will be released in the future, melting Minnie‘s thoughts as an artist. It features a strong trap sound, and the heavy bass that leads the entire song permeates with Minnie’s signature dreamy vocals.
