As BLACKPINK‘s Rosé heated up 2024 with her song ‘APT.’ featuring pop star Bruno Mars, she shared her thoughts and gratitude for him.

On the 7th, Rosé posted a picture of herself crying on her SNS account, saying, “2024 was the most difficult and rewarding year for me so far. It was a really crazy year. It was an amazing time to focus on music and do everything I wanted to do.“

She continued, “There were many times when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get to where I wanted to be, and this whole journey wasn‘t easy at all, but I was blessed along the way, and I met incredible friends. I made friends that I’ll be with for life, learned life lessons, and even released my first full-length album. To be honest, I‘m pretty proud,” she said.

Rosé then conveyed her feelings to her fans, saying, “To my ‘number one’ fans, I sincerely thank you for loving ‘rosie’.”

Lastly, Rosé left her New Year’s greeting, saying, “Thank you for making 2024 an unforgettable year. This year seems to be the start of a world full of fun for me. And I want to create it together with you all. Now, towards 2025.”

Meanwhile, Rosé released her first full-length album, ‘rosie’, this year. Amidst the warm love for the pre-released single ‘APT.’ (Apartment)’, ‘Apartment’ made a comeback with this album, rising to 5th place on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
