Singer-songwriter blah has successfully completed his first solo concert.
Blah held his first solo concert, ‘TUNE UP STAGE: blah (blah) ’One More Goodbye’’(hereafter ‘One More Goodbye’)’ at CJ Azit Gwanghungchang in Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 11th. ‘One More Goodbye’, which was held with all tickets sold out, is part of CJ Cultural Foundation‘s musician support project, ‘Tune Up’.
Blah opened the concert with ‘Time Slip Movie’, filled with trembling and determination, and gradually heightened the concert atmosphere with representative songs that lyrically depicted various emotions, such as ‘너 더’, ‘Candy For You’, ‘Even If I Smile’, ‘Still’.
A special cover stage followed. Starting with Davichi’s ‘Don‘t Call It Love’, which he worked on himself, Bla showed off his vocal charm that went back and forth between sadness and freshness, and continued with Sung Si-kyung’s ‘All of Your Moments’, and John Mayer‘s ‘New Light’, enriching the concert.
As it was his first solo concert, Bla also had time to communicate with his fans. Before the concert, Bla read the stories sent by fans and had a close time with fans while sharing different stories related to his songs.
Bla performed songs that conveyed empathy and warm comfort such as ‘Tree’, ‘I Just Want to Walk’, as well as stages where he expressed his emotions with delicate vocals such as ‘I Think It’ll Get Better’, ‘Maybe I’, ‘Making an Illness’, ‘Things That Have Already Passed’. As the last song, he chose ‘Still, I Will Love You’, conveying a warm winter sensibility.
In this way, Bla successfully concluded his first solo concert by sharing the emotional journey of his musical world through the stage. Bla said, “Thank you for being with me for the precious moments of my first journey. He concluded the performance by saying, “I will continue to be active in the future, so please show lots of love.”
