Group SHINee member Onew has presented his own content, ‘Onew and Maestro’.

‘Onew and Maestro’ is a documentary-style video that unravels the birth of the group‘s 4th mini album, ‘CONNECTION’. As Onew participated in producing and writing the lyrics for all the songs, he personally explained the meaning behind the songs ‘Hooray’, ‘Winner’, and ‘Conversation’, increasing the understanding of the songs while also showing a live performance of each song completed with an all-band sound.

‘Onew and Maestro’ is receiving a hot response from fans as it is in-depth music content where fans can meet Onew’s various sides, such as Onew as a producer, Onew as an artist, and Onew as Lee Jin-ki.

Onew, who projects his values into music like this, said about ‘CONNECTION’, “I‘ve always said that I want my happiness to overflow and move to someone. I think I created a path where that happiness can move. He drew attention by introducing, “I tried to express the value that I consider most important right now, the word ‘happiness’.”

‘CONNECTION’ is an album that emphasizes the organic connection between Onew’s inner and outer self. Through various themes, he awakens forgotten emotions and completes Onew‘s own world of music full of sincerity. Immediately after its release, the album topped the iTunes ‘Top Albums’ charts in 18 countries and regions around the world, truly demonstrating Onew’s global influence.

Onew will be holding a solo concert, ‘2025 ONEW CONCERT [ONEW THE LIVE : CONNECTION]’, at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul from the 21st to the 23rd of next month. In addition to Seoul, they are scheduled to meet global fans in four Asian cities: Japan on February 15-16, Taipei on April 5, and Macau on April 20.
