JYP Entertainment‘s new boy group KickFlip has released additional concept photos for their debut mini-album that exude the freedom of youth.
In the photos, Gye-Hoon, Amaru, Dong-hwa, Joo-Wang, Min-Je, K-Ju, and Dong-Hyun show off their individual personalities and chemistry as they enjoy their freedom in KickFlip’s cozy hideout-like space. They show off their mischievous charms in a comfortable mood, such as listening to music or eating pizza together, while also showing off a lively youthful atmosphere with unique poses and bright expressions.
Recently, KickFlip was selected as one of the ‘8 Rookie K-Pop Acts To Watch In 2025’ by Grammy.com in the United States, garnering global attention even before their debut. The music video for ‘Yeah Yeah’, which was pre-released on the 6th, was ranked 9th on YouTube‘s music video trending worldwide and 3rd on YouTube’s rapidly rising popularity domestically as of the 7th, raising expectations for their first mini-album.
They are increasing fan satisfaction with diverse content. They will meet fans through their debut show on Mnet M2 at 7 PM on the 20th, the day of their debut, and their debut showcase at 9 PM. They will then host a pop-up at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul for a total of 9 days from January 25th to February 2nd.
On the 10th, the members‘ ‘My Profile’ and relay self-introduction video were released through the first issue of an exclusive magazine published by the music platform Melon. Episode 2, which opens at 6 PM on the 20th, will offer interesting things to see, such as the debut song expressed through drawings made by the members themselves and an interview video introducing the song.
Kickflip’s first mini album, ‘Flip it, Kick it!’, will be officially released on January 20th at 6 PM. Just like the meaning of the team name ‘Kickflip’, which borrows a high-difficulty skateboarding technique term, Kickflip‘s bold ambition to move forward by turning the board once is drawing attention to Kickflip’s future steps without being bound by existing methods, as they have.
