The group CIX is drawing attention by revealing part of the entire sound source of their new EP for the first time.

On the 17th at midnight, CIX (BX, Seunghun, Yonghee, Hyunseok) released an album preview video for their seventh EP, ‘THUNDER FEVER’, through their official SNS and YouTube channel. The video contains part of the sound source of all the new songs as well as concept photo shoot scenes including unreleased cuts of CIX, raising the anticipation for their comeback.

The title song ‘THUNDER’ is an impressive electro-pop genre with CIX‘s unique rhythm and attractive vocal synergy. While the previous teaser partially revealed an unpredictable development that compared love to thunder and lightning, “Let’s make it rain. I feel the Thunder. Crazy down dada down dada down (Ooh!). Shake your whole body more roughly. The highlight section, “Soak it”, “Feelin’ it deep inside of me. Your love is like electricity. It‘s shockin’ the way you‘re bringin’ me to life”, leaves a strong impact with a fatal atmosphere.

CIX and hitmaker Ryan Jeon collaborate once again on the first track, “Bad Moves”, which captivates your ears with its groovy and dreamy rhythm and sound. The last track, “My Everlasting Sun”, delivers a hopeful lingering feeling with its locking beat and warm sensibility. The new songs ‘Lovers or Enemies’ and ‘My name is shadow’, which are included in the full 4-member version, also create immersion with their attractive harmonies.

CIX has built a solid worldview and musical color through the ‘OK’ and ‘HELLO’ series with a total of 6 mini-albums and 1 full-length album so far. Last year, they captured the hearts of global fans by digesting a unique humanoid concept through ‘Lovers or Enemies’, which was released first as the title track of their first single album ‘0 or 1’.

Their first promotion with a full 4-member lineup, ‘THUNDER FEVER’, also highlights CIX‘s strengths with high musical perfection and makes us anticipate upgraded synergy. CIX will show off their expanded spectrum by expressing different moods in each track.

The seventh EP ‘THUNDER FEVER’, filled with the most CIX-like music, will be released on the 23rd at 6 PM through various online music sites.
