Singer Hong Jin Young is making a comeback with a ballad trot filled with emotions waiting for spring.

Hong Jin Young, who has been loved for numerous songs ranging from dance trot to ballads including ‘Battery of Love’, ‘Living Is’, ‘Tonight’, ‘Thumbs Up’, ‘Rain of Tears’, will be releasing a new song ‘Again, Spring’ (subtitle: Like Flowers Blooming in a Dry Flower Pot) on the 19th.

The new song begins with a heavy orchestral sound, reminiscent of a difficult breakup scene. Hong Jin-young‘s vocals, “I didn’t throw away our memories / Because they contain so many things,” continue plainly and sorrowfully as if singing about a love that has passed away.



As it continues with the chorus, “Will spring come to me again?”, the appealing vocals, magnificent string sounds, and chorus perfectly harmonize to calmly express the waiting for love. This song was produced by producer Algoboni Honsu Sangtae, who has had a long-standing musical rapport and friendship with Hong Jin Young, and he put his heart and soul into the entire process of composing, writing lyrics, and arranging it.

Algoboni Honsu Sangtae said, “I focused on working on the song to convey the heart-wrenching emotions created by Hong Jin Young’s unique, sorrowful voice,” and “I would like to thank Hong Jin Young for completing the vocals that warmly melt the frozen heart in the cold winter.”

Hong Jin Young said, “I released the ‘Again, Spring’ series following ‘Spring’ last year in the hope that those who live with warm love and hope in their hearts will be filled with miracles and positive energy.”

Hong Jin Young’s ‘Again, Spring’ will be released on Sunday, the 19th at 6 p.m. The song will be released on a music platform.
