Ive reveals new album tracklist… Double title track ‘Attitude’, lyrics by Jang Won-young

Group IVE has revealed the tracklist for their new album.

On the 16th, agency Starship Entertainment revealed the tracklist for IVE‘s third EP album ‘IVE EMPATHY’ through IVE’s official SNS channel.

According to the revealed tracklist, the new album ‘IVE EMPATHY’ includes a total of 6 tracks, including the double title tracks ‘REBEL HEART’ and ‘ATTITUDE’, as well as ‘FLU’, ‘You Wanna Cry’, ‘Thank U’, and ‘TKO’.

Title track ‘Attitude’ has Jang Won-young participating in writing the lyrics, drawing attention. Jang Won-young is participating in writing the lyrics for the title song for the first time since her debut through ‘Attitude’. She plans to fully display her lyricist skills, which have been recognized through the songs ‘OTT’, ‘Blue Heart’, etc. In addition, lyricist Seo Ji-eum, who contributed to building Ive‘s narcissism narrative in ‘ELEVEN’, ‘LOVE DIVE’, ‘After LIKE’, has written the lyrics together, signaling powerful synergy.

Liz will also challenge herself with her first lyric for the song ‘Thank You’. Liz plans to show the public the musical abilities she has been building up over time. Here, agency senior, WJSN’s Exy also lent her support by writing the lyrics for ‘You Wanna Cry’.

‘Ive Empathy’ is an album that adds a unique charm to the team color based on ‘Independent Confidence’, which is the identity that symbolizes Ive. Starship Entertainment Vice President Seo Hyun-joo (Chief Producer) and the A&R team collaborated with various composers through ‘Song Camp’ to increase the level of perfection.

On the 13th, Ive warmed up her comeback by pre-releasing the title track of her new album, ‘Rebel Heart’. Ive started promotions with a pre-released song, and on the 16th, he appeared on Mnet‘s ‘M Countdown’ for the first time on a music show stage.

Ive is also appearing on various shows and contents such as tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’, YouTube‘s web entertainment ‘DEX’s Cold Interview’, and ‘Favorite Camping’, and is spurring his popularity. As he is garnering attention for each show and content he appears in, fans in Korea and abroad have high expectations for ‘Ive Empathy’, which will be released on February 3, and his other title song ‘Attitude’.

Ive‘s new album ‘Ive Empathy’ will be released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. (KST) on February 3. Ive will appear on KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’, which airs today (the 17th) at 5:05 PM, and perform the pre-released song ‘REBEL HEART’.
