‘November solo debut’ DAY6 Sungjin, concept photos with a strong autumn feel revealed

DAY6 Sungjin has additionally revealed concept photos for his first full-length album ‘30’ ahead of his solo debut.

Sungjin will be releasing his first full-length solo album ‘30’ and the title song ‘Check Pattern’ on November 5th and debuting as a solo artist. JYP Entertainment released the first teaser image on their official SNS channel on the 28th, and released two additional concept photos on the 29th at 11 PM.

In the revealed teaser, Sungjin created a lyrical mood with classic styling reminiscent of the autumn season, such as a striped shirt, black tie, and jacket. Sitting on the subway, he stared into the camera with a deep gaze, adding a vague emotion, and creating a warm yet somewhat cold atmosphere.

Sungjin‘s solo debut, ‘30’, is a work that contains a total of 10 stories about Sungjin’s experiences up until the time he turned 30. He participated in writing and composing all ten songs on the new album, including the title track ‘’Check Pattern‘, ’Like a Child in a Fairy Tale‘, ’I Want to Do Nothing‘, ’You Who Are Nowhere‘, ’The Trees Will Endure the Winter in the End‘, ’Wednesday Night‘, ’EASY‘, ’You Wake Me Up‘, ’I don‘t wanna lose’, and ‘Memories’, adding his own musical style to them. Here, top writers such as Jaejae, MonoTree‘s Lee Ju-hyung, minGtion, Dasol (Solsire), Shim Hyeon, Oh Ji-hyun, and Aaron Kim have joined.

Sungjin’s first full-length album ‘30’ and the title song ‘Check Pattern’ will be released on Tuesday, November 5th at 6PM.

Meanwhile, Sungjin will be holding a solo concert ‘SUNGJIN SOLO CONCERT 〈30〉’ for three days from November 8th to 10th at the Donghae Culture and Arts Center of Kwangwoon University in Nowon-gu, Seoul, following the release of his first solo album. On the last day of the concert, the 10th, there will be a simultaneous offline performance and paid live streaming online through the Beyond LIVE platform. Tickets for the performance were sold out for all three shows, receiving a hot response from the pre-sale held on the afternoon of the 24th for the 4th generation of DAY6‘s official fan club My Day.
