No Brain → Na Sang-hyun‘s Band ‘Countdown Fantasy 2024-2025’ 1st Lineup Announced

The last festival of the year, ‘Countdown Fantasy 2024-2025 (COUNTDOWN FANTASY 2024-2025, hereinafter referred to as CDF)’, scheduled to be held at KINTEX on December 30th and 31st, has revealed its 1st lineup.

The lineup announced this time includes 14 representative bands in Korea, from rookies who debuted this year to veteran musicians who have been greatly loved for over 10 years. It was also a hot topic when it was surprisingly pre-released at the ‘Grand Mint Festival 2024’ site.

First, on December 30th, ‘87dance’, which is loved by enthusiasts for its retro sound created by its unique lo-fi music, ‘Na Sang-hyun’s Band’, a talented trio that released their 3rd regular album on the 1st to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary, ‘Dragon Pony’, an antenna rookie band that debuted in September and is actively promoting, ‘May 5th’, which sings of innocence with warm voices and performances such as ‘Wish’, ’Tree’, ‘Yellow World’, ‘ONEWE’, which presented high-quality stages at various festivals this year and announced that they will hold a solo concert at the end of November, Rising musician ‘Jacking Kong’, who won the ‘2020 Penta Youth Star’ grand prize, and ‘PATZ’, who melt urban emotions into their lyrics based on synth-pop, have joined the first lineup.

Following that, on December 31st, the last day of the year, ‘No Brain’, a synonym for rock who has been active for 28 years despite debuting, ‘Broccoline You Too’, who released their 4th full-length album in 5 years last month and are continuing their live performances, ‘THE SOLUTIONS’, who returned to their fans with the release of their first full-length album in 10 years, ‘N/A’, last summer, and the next-generation rookies who created the ‘Camping Rock’ and ‘Fishing Pop’ genres. ‘jisokuryClub(지소쿠리클럽)’, the original rock band ‘Crying Nut’ that debuted in 1998 and presented numerous hit songs to the world such as ‘Let‘s Run,‘Luxembourg’, ‘Touched’, winner of Mnet’s ‘Great Seoul Invasion’ and released their new single ‘Addiction’ just last week, and ‘Toxic’, who create a rich sound with powerful vocals and splendid performance despite being a duo, will be joining us.

Meanwhile, CDF will have performances on the first day (the 30th) from 13:30 to 22:00, and on the 31st, the performance will start at 19:00 and end at 04:00 on the 1st, followed by a closing party that will run until 05:00. Also, a shuttle bus will run between Ilsan and Seoul from 12:30 PM, when the New Year‘s countdown ends.
