Q. How do you feel about receiving the [9th Dong-a.com‘s PICK] award?

- First of all, I would like to thank My Day. I think I could receive this award thanks to the support and love that My Day gave me this year. And I was able to receive it thanks to all the staff members who work for us. I am always grateful. We will continue to work hard to repay you with good music and performances in the future! I love My Day.


Q. How did you feel when you saw the name of the award (Welcome to DAY6)?

- It was so funny to see the name of the award written as Welcome to DAY6! I think I laughed!ㅎㅎ Thank you for making it tailor-made for DAY6!.


Q. How do you feel about dominating the charts with DAY6‘s music in your 10th year since debut

- Sungjin: I would like to take this opportunity to express my endless gratitude.

- Young K: These must have been unbelievable moments. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who worked hard to make My Day and this music shine, and I hope to return with the best music in the future.

- Wonpil: It’s just amazing. I sincerely thank those who listened to our music and found comfort in it. I think I should not rest on my laurels and repay you with good music in the future!

- Dowoon: The hyungs who worked hard, (Hong) Jisang hyung, and My Day! I will do my best so that you don‘t get hurt.


Q. What song do you think is the most special and what is your favorite song that you wish would shine on the charts?

- Sungjin: If I had to choose, I think the most special song is ’HAPPY‘. I think the song I think is the most special is ‘Zombie’. I think the song I think is the most special is ‘Congratulations’, the debut song that brought DAY6 into the world. We recently re-entered the charts, so I feel proud and special. Of the songs that were recently released, ‘Still Living There’ is the song I love the most because I’m listening to it right now. All the songs feel like my children, so it‘s hard to pick.

- Wonpil: Which song do you think is special, ‘Melting’? I think it’s because it‘s the song that first helped us reach #1 on the music charts. And my favorite song is our debut song, ‘Congratulations’. If it weren’t for these songs, we wouldn‘t be where we are today, so I love them!

- Dowoon: Both songs, ‘Zombie’, are the songs that helped me get back to where I am today.


Q. Please say a word to ‘My Day’, the rookies who joined DAY6 after their military service.

- Sungjin: It’s never too late, so let‘s enjoy the future together ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thank you!
