BTS Jin‘s new solo song has entered the song chart following the U.S. Billboard’s main album chart.

According to the chart preview posted by Billboard on its official SNS on the 26th (Korean time), Jin‘s solo album ‘Happy’, the title song ‘Running Wild’, ranked 53rd on Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ (as of November 30th).

This is Jin‘s second ‘Hot 100’ chart entry for a solo song. His first solo single, ‘The Astronaut’ (51st), released in 2022, first ranked on this chart.

With this, Jin has announced a successful comeback by standing out on both of Billboard’s main charts. The album ‘Happy’, which includes ‘Running Wild’, was previously predicted to rank 4th on the latest ‘Billboard 200’ chart.

Jin‘s unwavering popularity stands out, especially considering that it is the year-end season when the Carol genre begins to gain strength to the point of dominating the upper ranks of the charts. ‘Running Wild’ also ranked high on Billboard’s major song charts, such as ‘Global (excluding US)’ (4th) and ‘Global 200’ (5th).

‘Running Wild’, which was released on the 15th, is a pop rock genre based on British rock with an impressive new wave sound. It contains Jin‘s bright and warm message of running breathlessly toward hope.

Immediately after its release, this song has been hitting the ‘Career High’ for Jin’s solo songs on Spotify, the world‘s largest music streaming platform, in ‘Daily Top Song Global’ (8th), ‘Weekly Top Song Global’ (10th), and the UK Official Singles Chart (25th).

Meanwhile, Jin will release his new song ‘Until I Reach You (feat. Taka)’ today (the 26th) at 2 PM. This song features Taka, the vocalist for the Japanese band ‘ONE OK ROCK’, who participated in the work on the track of the same name on their new album. Jin’s attractive voice plus Taka‘s powerful vocals create a song that lets you feel the deepening emotions of love in a different way.
