‘Ready to go♥’ New Jeans Hani “Feels like I got caught speaking Korean a little bit” [Pictorial]

New Jeans Hani graced the cover of a special edition of a fashion magazine.

On the 11th, fashion magazine Dazed released a pictorial featuring Hani and an Italian luxury house brand. Hani, the brand‘s global ambassador, showed off a variety of styling and makeup for the pictorial. She showed off her uniquely lovely charm along with a unique atmosphere utilizing various props such as a tuba, bubble gum, broccoli, and glasses.

In an interview conducted alongside the pictorial shoot, Hani said, “It feels strange” about her way of speaking, which is so popular that it’s called ‘Palm Korean. She confessed, “Until then, only my fans knew, but now that so many people know, I feel like I got caught a little bit, so I‘m grateful and also amazed.” When asked about her favorite Korean word these days, she answered, “The word ’설레다‘ is really pretty, and it’s my favorite word.”

Meanwhile, New Jeans (Minzy, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein), which Hani is a part of, won four awards at the ’2024 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS‘ held at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan on the 8th. During their acceptance speeches, they expressed their strong trust in former Adore CEO Min Hee-jin by saying, “We really love and thank you, CEO Min Hee-jin, for always cherishing and protecting us.”
