Actress Jung Eun-chae‘s pictorial has been released.

Jung Eun-chae, who is building up a colorful filmography in 2024 from the movie ‘The Designer’ to the drama ‘Your Honor’, ‘Pachinko’ Season 2, and ‘Retirement’. She filled the pictorial for the October issue of W Korea and radiated dramatic beauty.

In an interview conducted along with the pictorial shoot, Jung Eun-chae also talked about the process of preparing for the tvN weekend drama ‘Jeongnyeon-i’ and her attitude toward acting while challenging various works. ‘Jeongnyeon-i’, in which Jung Eun-chae appears as Moon Ok-kyung, is a drama that depicts the competition, solidarity, and brilliant growth period surrounding Jung Nyeon-i, a ‘natural vocal genius’, who challenges to become the best national theater actress after the Korean War in the 1950s.

Jung Eun-chae took on the role of Moon Ok-kyung, the top star of Maeran, who took on leading roles among the most popular ‘Maeran National Theater Troupe’ actors of the time. He described Moon Ok-kyung as “a mysterious character with different charms on and off stage” and said, “I prepared like taking my first steps, starting with voice, choreography, and acting a few months before filming began.” He continued, “As we practiced, things changed little by little. It was refreshing to experience these changes as I became more intimate with the stage, and that‘s why it was fun to act as a character like Moon Ok-kyung who has great command of the stage.”

Jung Eun-chae said that watching Jeong Nyeon-i’s sparkling moments reminded her of herself when she first started acting. He said, “I try to continue working on projects and try different things, and it‘s always like a miracle that I get the chance to do so,” and coquettishly added, “I think I’m still a growing character.”
