Stray Kids‘ Hyunjin had a pictorial photoshoot with the magazine ‘Elle’.
An interview was conducted after the photoshoot. Hyunjin, who is currently on his third world tour ‘dominATE’, said in response to a question about the changes he felt as he gained experience on stage, “This year, I’ve consciously gone to see other artists‘ performances a lot and learned a lot about how to interact with fans and live performances. My mindset has also changed. I realized that mistakes and everything eventually become memories, so I’m having more fun on tour than ever.” He showed his sincerity on stage.
As for his thoughts on the end of the year, he said, “There are promotions for our second full-length Japanese album, and we‘re also planning to release a new song in Korea. There are still some year-end stages left, right? I plan to prepare a variety of stages.” When asked if he might want to show a twist as an artist who emphasizes the performance aspect, he said, “I think it’s right to focus on performance right now, and I still want to hear that I‘m doing well. Recently, I’ve been thinking that this job is a good fit for me, because this is a job where you have to keep receiving feedback, whether it‘s good or bad. But any kind of feedback motivates me. I think I can continue to do better in the future,” showing his strong inner self.
He chose Stray Kids’ contract renewal as the moment that made him feel warm at the end of the year. “I learned everything from the members, including how to treat people. We always learn from each other and receive a lot of stimulation. They were so special, but these days, I think that I don‘t know what I would do without the members in my life,” showing their strong teamwork.
The pictorial and interview of Stray Kids’ Hyunjin, who decorated the cover of ‘Super Elle’, can be found on the ‘Elle’ December issue and website, and the interview film will also be released on the Elle YouTube channel.
