The group 82MAJOR delivered a special Christmas gift with a pictorial.
On the 24th, American fashion magazine WWD released a pictorial and interview with the group 82MAJOR (Nam Sung-mo, Park Seok-jun, Yoon Ye-chan, Jo Sung-il, Hwang Sung-bin, and Kim Do-gyun).
In the pictorial, 82MAJOR transformed into secret agents to match the concept of their title song ‘Stuck’ from their 2nd mini album ‘X-82’ released last October, showing off their boyish charm and mature aura. The members‘ visuals, which are no less than those of models, immediately captured the attention of viewers.
On that day, WWD focused on the achievements of 82MAJOR since their comeback. The members rose to global stardom by successfully entering the Billboard chart just one year after their debut. Here, 82 Major said, “It’s all thanks to the love of Attitude (fandom name)” and added, “We will become a better group.”
The music video for “Tip of the Tongue”, which contains unique visual beauty and a unique story, garnered a lot of attention, recording 11 million views in just one week of its release. 82 Major‘s Jo Sung-il said, “The music video concept contains the message that 82 Major will become secret agents and conquer the hearts of fans around the world with music.” He added, “We tried to add charisma, humor, and Korean elements, and we realized a great result.”
Lastly, 82 Major said, “Every time I think of Attitude, I want to create a better stage and practice harder. We still have a lot to show you. Please look forward to it, as we will show you an even greater side in the future. He expressed his affection for his fans by saying, ”I love you.“
82MAJOR is achieving meaningful results with the title song ‘Tip of the Tongue’ from their 2nd mini album ‘X-82’. On the 23rd, it ranked 6th on the US DRT ‘GLOBAL TOP 150 INDEPENDENT AIRPLAY CHART’, and 112th on the DRT ‘GLOBAL TOP 200 AIRPLAY CHART’, continuing its steady upward trend.
82MAJOR will be holding their third solo concert ‘Etume Boom (82MAJOR BOOM)’ at Yes24 Wonderlock Hall from January 17th to 19th, 2025. This performance sold out as soon as tickets went on sale, and additional performances have been confirmed, garnering much attention.
