How on earth is it that the production crew and MCs are all unanimous in saying that this is the most unstoppable and honest season ever? ‘Solo Hell 4’, which has become Netflix‘s representative dating variety show in Korea, has been heralding ‘dopamine addiction’ since the beginning of the year.

On the morning of the 8th, a production conference for the Netflix dating variety show ‘Solo Hell 4’ was held at the Naru Seoul M Gallery in Hotel Naru, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by PD Kim Jae-won, PD Kim Jung-hyun, PD Park Soo-ji, and MCs Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, Hanhae, and Dex.

PD Kim Jae-won said, “I want to tell you that I am deeply moved and grateful to be returning for season 4,” and added, “In ’Squid Game 2,‘ Sung Ki-hoon shouts, ’I‘ve played this game!’ and I think I‘ve played it every season, but I had a lot of worries and it wasn’t easy. This season was also difficult, but I prepared while worrying. Thanks to the viewers who loved ‘Solo Hell 4,’ we were able to make it to the fourth season. Thank you.”


‘Solo Hell 4’, which has been around every year since its first season in 2021, is an honest and hot dating reality show for singles that takes place on a remote island, ‘Hell Island’, that only couples can leave. Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, and Hanhae, who have been with the show since Season 1, as well as Dex (Kim Jin-young), a Season 2 contestant and MC in Season 3, will be with the show again in Season 4 as a five-MC system.

Hong Jin-kyung expressed her excitement, saying, “I‘m grateful and honored. ‘Solo Hell’ has become a hot topic by discovering attractive young stars such as Dex, Shin Seul-gi, Lee Gwan-hee, and Choi Hye-sun as the seasons go by. The fact that Dex and fellow UDT member Yook Jun-seo will be participating in season 4 was announced early on, raising expectations.
