Bae In-hyuk and Kim Ji-eun are showing off a romance that you can‘t take your eyes off of.

Channel A’s new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Check In Hanyang’ (written by Park Hyun-jin and directed by Myung Hyun-woo) is a youth romance historical drama that tells the story of Joseon‘s largest inn ‘Yongcheonru’, which has the arrogant motto, ‘The customer is king’, and the story of Joseon’s flower youths who join the place as educational servants.

The 4th teaser video released on the 30th contains the process in which Lee Eun-ho (played by Bae In-hyuk) falls for Hong Deok-soo (played by Kim Ji-eun). Their cheerful and heart-fluttering chemistry shows the unique charm of youth romance.

The released video begins with Lee Eun-ho displeased with Hong Deok-soo, calling him “a person who stinks, rolls around on the floor, and makes people uncomfortable.” On the other hand, Hong Deok-soo ignores Lee Eun-ho’s gaze and confronts him with his characteristically cheeky and mischievous pranks, making people laugh. However, the chemistry between the two that strangely suits them amidst their bickering draws attention.

Lee Eun-ho thinks that the reason he keeps looking at Hong Deok-soo is because of his reckless behavior and warns him, “Don’t act recklessly.” Here, Hong Deok-soo gets angry and says, “How reckless of me!” but soon falls into the water and catches Lee Eun-ho’s attention once again.

Then, the screen changes with the copy, “A reckless romance you can’t take your eyes off of,” and Lee Eun-ho’s emotions, not only falling for Hong Deok-soo but also falling for him, are depicted. Starting with him jumping in to save Hong Deok-soo from the water, the way he looks at Hong Deok-soo also gradually changes. Lee Eun-ho’s emotional changes, as he is confused as to why he is attracted to Hong Deok-soo, a man, but cannot take his eyes off him, stimulate viewers’ excitement.


Lee Eun-ho’s last line, “What on earth is that guy’s true identity?” about her inexplicable feelings for Hong Deok-soo, raises curiosity about the direction their romance will take. Hong Deok-soo, who shakes Lee Eun-ho‘s heart with his reckless actions, and Lee Eun-ho, who is surprised by such behavior. Attention is focused on what kind of relationship the two people who have been bickering will eventually develop.
