Gong Min-jung, who married fellow actor Jang Jae-ho in September, has announced that she is pregnant.

On the afternoon of the 2nd, Gong Min-jung attended the production conference for KBS Joy‘s new drama ‘Today, Jisong Again’ at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam-dong, Seoul and said, “I’m about to give birth”.

Gong Min-jung and Jang Jae-ho acted as a married couple in the hit drama ‘Marry My Husband’ earlier this year and have since become a real-life couple.

The character in her new drama is Choi Ha-na, a ‘super career woman’ with an annual salary in the hundreds of millions, but a ‘working mom’ who belongs to the lowest group among new city moms.

She said on this day, “Just like her character, I‘m pregnant. She caught everyone’s attention by making a surprise announcement, “I‘m about to give birth.”

She said, “My character wasn’t originally a pregnant woman, but thankfully, the production team changed the character, so I was able to act more sympathetically as a pregnant mother. There‘s not much time left, so I hope you’ll congratulate me kindly as I‘m carefully and enjoyably filming in a stable environment.”
