The sisters, who unexpectedly became popular stars at Gyeongbokgung Palace, which is full of foreign tourists, are flooded with photo requests. Peace is fleeting, but the eldest sister Park Won-sook complains of pain and collapses in a wheelchair. Will the sisters’ outing end safely?

Also, on that day’s broadcast, the sisters learn the unexpected news that the restaurant they happened to visit was once the home of a wealthy family. While eating, Won Mi-yeon reveals the story of her mother, who suffered from Parkinson’s disease, suffering from a hip fracture and receiving treatment at six different hospital departments, and adds, “I personally dragged the patient’s bed around for my mother who had difficulty moving,” which is heartbreaking. The sisters visit the underground shopping mall of the Express Bus Terminal to shop for clothes.
