The ‘Jungle Team’ Kim Byung Man X Jung Ji Hyun X Kim Dong Jun, and the ‘Soldier Team’ Lee Seung Gi X Kang Min Ho X A Motti advanced to the finals. The two teams prepared for the finals by warming up their bodies in a tense atmosphere. The final mission for both teams was a barge raft sailing competition in which they had to make a raft using waste plastic, wood, rope, etc. to escape from the survival island to a barge on the vast ocean about 1km away.

We’re still making it, but the military team is incredibly fast”.

Kang Min-ho from the military team, who had thought of a ‘horizontal arrangement’, saw the jungle team‘s ‘vertical strategy’ and followed the jungle team at a ‘strategy king’ speed to build the raft. It started out as cheating, but unlike the jungle team that chose bamboo, the soldier team tied plywood and drums together with rope and even hammered nails to capture both thoroughness and speed. In addition, Lee Seung-gi brought coconut palm tree trunks that look like oars and cut them to the length of his arms, further accelerating the production speed.
