Jinyoung, Cha Hwa-yeon, Lee Hwa-gyeom, Lee Dal, Kim So-won, and Oh Ji-yeon will be meeting as part of the Eunice Entertainment family.

The new KBS 2TV Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Miss Granny’ (directed by Park Yong-soon/written by Heo Seung-min), scheduled to premiere on the 18th (Wednesday), is a romantic music growth drama about Oh Mal-soon, a grandmother in her seventies who suddenly turns into a twenty-year-old Oh Du-ri and enjoys her shining heyday as she challenges herself to become a singer once again to fulfill the dream she couldn‘t fulfill when she was younger. The drama ‘Miss Granny’, a remake of the movie of the same name, is garnering much attention from potential viewers with its expanded characters and storyline compared to the original.

The released stills show Jinyoung (as Daniel Han) and Cha Hwa-yeon (as Kim Ae-shim) gathered at Eunice Entertainment (hereafter referred to as Eunice Enter), as well as Lee Hwa-gyeom (as Im Rina), Lee Dal (as Jeong Ho-yi), Kim So-won (as Seo Chan-mi), and Oh Ji-yeon (as Kwon Jun-hee), drawing attention.

Jinyoung, who exudes overwhelming charisma, takes on the role of Daniel Han, the executive producer of Eunice Entertainme. As the reliable right-hand man of Eunice Entertainme CEO Kim Ae-shim (as Cha Hwa-yeon), he plans to produce and debut the idol group ‘Element’ with teams such as the Avengers. In the meantime, when Element’s center trainee Emily (played by Jung Ji-so) disappears, he falls into confusion, but soon finds someone who looks exactly like her, Oh Du-ri (played by Jung Ji-so), and casts her in that position.

Cha Hwa-yeon, who plays the role of Kim Ae-sim, the CEO of Eunice Entertainment and a national singer, wants to create the best idol group with her nephew Daniel and enter the global market. 50 years ago, she was a successful singer and swept all the awards, creating an incredible career. However, she becomes anxious after seeing Oh Mal-soon (played by Kim Hae-sook), who she had a connection with in the past. Later, with the appearance of Doo-ri, her relationship with Daniel also begins to waver. What kind of relationship did Ae-sim have with Mal-soon, and what effect will Doo-ri‘s appearance have on her? Their story adds to the curiosity of the play.

Lee Hwa-gyeom plays Lim Rina, the performance director and marketing manager. He is the only one who speaks the truth to the picky Daniel, and he is a professional trainer who pursues perfection in all aspects, whether it be singing or dancing. He is currently an indispensable all-rounder at Eunice Entertainment. Lina, who exudes an unrivaled presence, exudes a career woman force and boasts perfect partner chemistry with Daniel.

This month, he plays the role of choreographer Jeong Ho-i. Ho-i is a skilled dancer who is famous for his outstanding dance skills. Thanks to his innate sense and keen eye, he quickly conveys the stories that occur within Eunice Entertainment and plays the role of a sly one. He will often show off his unique chemistry by bickering with Doori.

Kim So-won will give a passionate performance as vocal director Seo Chan-mi, who even acknowledges her affection for her 50 years of experience. She is the one who turned Emily, who was a rough diamond, into a sparkling jewel. Chan-mi, who knows both Emily’s strengths and weaknesses, is very flustered when Doori, who actively expresses her opinions and advocates new singing methods, joins as a trainee, unlike Emily who was quiet.

Lastly, Oh Ji-yeon plays the role of composer and producer Kwon Jun-hee. He is the best composer in Korea who creates trendy music, and he produces Element‘s albums with Daniel. Jun-hee feels a new sense of accomplishment when he teaches Choi Ha-na (Chae Won-bin), who shows talent in composing.

In this way, Eunice Entertainment’s CEO Cha Hwa-yeon, Lee Hwa-gyeom, Lee Dal, Kim So-won, and Oh Ji-yeon are indispensable to the company and work hard with Jin-young to debut the idol group Element. People with their own stories are curious to see what kind of relationships they will develop with Jung Ji-so and Chae Won-bin, who suddenly appeared at Eunice Entertainment, and the chemistry between Jin-young, Cha Hwa-yeon, Lee Hwa-gyeom, Lee Dal, Kim So-won, and Oh Ji-yeon.

KBS 2TV‘s new Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Miss Granny’ will premiere on the 18th (Wednesday) at 9:50 PM as the follow-up to ‘Face Me’.
