KBS2 entertainment show ‘The Boss‘s Ears Are Donkey Ears’ For the first time, a 5-star hotel executive chef will appear as the new boss.

On the December 22nd (Sunday) broadcast of ‘The Boss’s Ears’, Executive Chef Shin Jong-cheol, the ‘Success Legend of Hotel Buffet’, will appear as the new boss. Executive Chef Shin Jong-cheol, also known as the ‘Chef of Chefs’, is a maestro in the chef world with 150 employees who oversee and manage all of the hotel‘s food and beverage operations, including the buffet.

While chefs wear different hats depending on their rank, Executive Chef Shin Jong-cheol grabs everyone’s attention with his self-introduction, “No one wears a higher hat than me”. However, this is not long before Executive Chef Shin Jong-cheol makes an impulsive gesture, saying, “Don‘t film this”, and Jeon Hyun-moo is surprised, saying, “This is the first time I’ve heard ‘Don’t film‘ since the show.”

In particular, Executive Chef Shin Jong-cheol shows off his true colors as he says, “Because he pays so much attention to detail, he often says, ‘Do it again.’” From his first day at work at 7 AM, he sends his employees into hell by yelling at them like a tiger, “Do it again, again.” He even shows off his meticulousness by not missing a single sesame topping on the food.

Chef Jung Ji-sun also testifies to the force of the executive chef that was difficult to encounter at the time, along with her past experience working part-time at a large buffet. Even Chef Jung Ji-sun, who respected Executive Chef Shin Jong-cheol by saying, “Before saying, ‘Do it again,’ the employees should know how to do it themselves,” stuck out her tongue and said, “I understand, but it’s a little difficult,” which piques curiosity. The behind-the-scenes story of the 5-star hotel buffet, along with the story behind the refusal of Chef Shin Jong-cheol to film, will be revealed for the first time in ‘Sadanggwi’.
