KBS2‘s ‘Immortal Songs’ Jung Seung-je captures everyone’s attention with his self-reflection after his stage challenge.

KBS2‘s ‘Immortal Songs’ (directed by Park Hyung-geun and Kim Hyung-seok) is the best music entertainment program in name and reality, boasting the number one viewership rating in its time slot. Episode 686, which will air today (the 21st), will feature the ‘2024 Oh My Star’ special.

Jung Seung-je, famous as a math instructor, will team up with the Yook Joong-wan Band and go on stage, shouting “I’m a singer too”. Jung Seung-jae, who blended into the team without any awkwardness to the point that there were rumors of ‘Yuk Joong-wan Band being recruited’, reveals his experience challenging the ‘Seoul Moon’ stage through ‘Immortal Songs’.

Jung Seung-jae, who meets numerous students from all over the country, said, “It‘s so different from when I lecture, and I’m so nervous” and clutched his chest. Then, he said, “After a long time, I realized that I‘ve been living wrongly. Jung Seung-jae, who vowed, “I will live humbly from now on”, said, “I practiced a lot for the stage. I set aside all my schedule for three days and only thought about the stage, but I was nervous. “Singers are really respectable,” he said, putting both hands together. Shin Dong-yup praised him, saying, “Watching your stage today, you sang very cleanly and your tone is also attractive.” He then said, “Of course, I don’t think you‘ll make a huge hit, but you’re just like a singer,” making Jeong Seung-je burst into laughter with his critical comments.

The ‘Oh My Star’ special is a special project of ‘Immortal Songs’, which has been held for the fifth time since 2021, and is a concept in which seniors and juniors in the music industry form teams and perform a duet stage.
