SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘The Fiery Priest 2’ Kim Nam-gil, Lee Ha-nui, and Kim Sung-kyun held a ‘Honey Pot Hearing’ and entered the countdown to war with Seo Hyun-woo.

Episode 11 of SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘The Fiery Priest 2’ (written by Park Jae-beom, directed by Park Bo-ram, produced by Studio S, Big Ocean ENM, Red Nine Pictures, and Gilstory ENT), which aired on the 20th (Friday), recorded a peak of 14.2% according to Nielsen Korea, taking first place in miniseries viewership ratings for the week. With 11.9% in the metropolitan area, 11.9% nationwide, and 4.0% in 2049, it achieved the feat of ranking first in its time slot and first among all programs broadcast on Friday.

First, as the bomb counter around Park Kyung-sun (Lee Ha-nui)‘s neck started to speed up, Kim Hae-il (Kim Nam-gil) tried to pull the trigger of the gun on his head. However, at that moment, Han Shin-bu (Jeon Sung-woo), whose identity was hidden by a white mask and a Reza outfit with an F written on it, let out a roar and created waves in the air, and Nun Kim (Baek Ji-won), wearing the same outfit, used her fantastic Tazza skills to blast the Hwatu card, hitting the two syringes next to Park Kyung-sun and stopping the bomb’s effect, causing everyone to breathe a sigh of relief. And it was shocking to discover that Sister Kim and Father Han were actually Pauto, who had been shrouded in mystery.

After Kim Hae-il and Park Kyung-sun saved his life, Kim Hong-sik planned to flee the country with the money he had hidden, but was shocked to learn that Chief Park (Yang Hyun-min) had intercepted his money. At that moment, Park Kyung-sun and Manager Kim (Hwang Jung-min) warned Nam Du-heon (Seo Hyun-woo) that there was overwhelming evidence of his collusion with Kim Hong-sik, but Nam Du-heon shamelessly said, “The law is like a spider’s web,” and said that he was a longicorn hornet that could tear spider webs. After hearing from Gomarta (Heo Soon-mi) that Interpol was trying to arrest the wanted person, Kim Hae-il pointed to Nam Du-heon, who would benefit the most if Kim Hong-sik were arrested, and decided that he had to catch Kim Hong-sik before Nam Du-heon. In addition, Goo Ja-young (Kim Hyung-seo) was appointed as the new head of the narcotics team by Gomarta, and Yeol Bing-eo (Oh Hee-joon) returned to the Umaseo narcotics team as detective Bing Sang-woo thanks to Gomarta‘s efforts. Goo Ja-young, who became the new leader of the drug team, received help from Oh Yo-han (Go Gyu-pil) and Song Sak (Ahn Chang-hwan), the ‘Team Leader Goo Ja-young’s Power Supporters,’ and sent Team Leader Hyeon, who had tried to move CEO Yong and Lee Joo-im under Nam Du-heon‘s instructions, to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency’s audit team.



Kim Hae-il headed to Changlim Port where Kim Hong-sik was with Goo Dae-young (Kim Sung-kyun) and Park Kyung-sun, and Goo Ja-young engaged in a bloody fight with Detective Bing, Oh Yo-han, Song Sak, and others against Team Leader Park‘s group who were excited after stealing Kim Hong-sik’s money. However, Goo Ja-young soon found herself outnumbered, and at the moment of crisis, Chae Do-woo (Seo Beom-joon), who had received a call from Kim Hae-il, appeared with students from the seminary and engaged in a showdown with Team Leader Park‘s group while shouting “Kkang”. In particular, Matt Zip King Chae Do-woo contributed to wiping out the Yongsa faction with one power attack.

On the other hand, Interpol agents rushed in while Kim Hong-sik was heading to the ship to smuggle, and Nam Du-heon appeared among them, making Kim Hong-sik furious. Kim Hae-il, Park Kyung-sun, and Gu Dae-young, who arrived at this time, rushed to the scene, and Park Kyung-sun showed her prosecutor’s ID and revealed that Nam Du-heon was an accomplice of the fucan Kim Hong-sik and that he had betrayed him in order to find a way to survive. The Interpol team leader was confused but tried to fire his gun to arrest Kim Hong-sik, but suddenly the airplane roof fell from the sky, and chaos broke out, with the Interpol agents seriously injured. Kim Hong-sik and Nam Du-heon also disappeared without a trace, leaving everyone at a loss. Although she didn‘t earn any money, Park Kyung-sun expressed her gratitude to everyone who joined her, and her words, “What the world needs is not private justice, but proper public justice,” resonated deeply.

Nam Du-heon, who fled to Seoul to avoid Kim Hong-sik, sent text messages with the criminal records and interrogation records of his children to the high-ranking officials who had colluded with him, and threatened them to help him get promoted in Seoul if they didn’t help, threatening to report them on the 8 o‘clock news. Eventually, as a result of his intimidation, Nam Du-heon was appointed as the head of the 2nd Special Investigation Division of the Central District Prosecutors’ Office with the help of the high-ranking officials, and upon hearing the news, Gu Dam-ju decided to return to Seoul. And the day before leaving for Seoul, Kim Hae-il, Park Kyung-sun, Koo Dae-young, Koo Ja-young, and Gomarta found the body of a murder victim inside the wall, and at that moment, a miracle happened where Lee Sang-yeon (Moon Woo-jin), who had been in a coma, regained consciousness.

Meanwhile, Gu Dam-z, who returned to his home stadium in Seoul, pledged to take the lead in protecting justice, saying, “The truth will definitely be revealed,” even though it is very dangerous. Park Kyung-sun and Kim Hae-il reported Nam Du-heon, the chief prosecutor of the Central District Prosecutors‘ Office SDH, to the prosecution on charges of collusion with a drug organization, instigation of murder, and underreporting the drug crimes of children of high-ranking officials, and eventually a hearing was held under the nickname of the “Honey Pot Gate.” In the last scene, Park Kyung-sun, Koo Dae-young, and Kim Hae-il entered the hearing room while cutting through the reporters, and the ending of ‘Resolute Position’ leaving a handshake raised expectations for a counterattack.
