Lee Cho-hee and Heo Nam-joon transform into unique space scientists in ‘Ask the Stars’.

The new tvN weekend drama ‘Ask the Stars’ (written by Seo Sook-hyang, directed by Park Shin-woo, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by KeyEast and MYM Entertainment), which will first air on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 9:20 PM, is a drama that depicts the extra-Earth life of Eve (played by Gong Hyo-jin), a boss working in a zero-gravity space station, and Dinosaur (played by Lee Min-ho), an uninvited guest with a secret mission. It heralds the birth of Korea‘s first space office drama and is considered one of tvN’s most anticipated dramas for the first half of 2025.

In the drama, Lee Cho-hee plays Mina Lee, a space scientist in charge of plants on the International Space Station (ILS). Mina Lee is a passionate scientist with a warm and timid personality, always worried that the lettuce and tomatoes she grows might get moldy or wilt, and stays by her plants day and night.

On the other hand, Seung-jun Lee, played by actor Nam-joon Heo, is a space scientist who studies mice in a space station. He was born into a poor family and made it to the space station on his own. He finds space, full of dangers, more comfortable because he finds the noisy Earth boring.

Mina Lee (played by Cho-hee Lee) and Seung-jun Lee (played by Nam-joon Heo), who have different reasons for coming to space and fields of study in space, will add cheerful energy to the barren space station. Therefore, the meeting of the two astronauts who will breathe pleasant life into the weightless space station where everything weighs 0 grams is anticipated. Indeed, curiosity is rising as to what kind of possibilities they will have in space before they go to Earth.

In addition, attention is focused on the transformation of Lee Cho-hee and Heo Nam-joon, who will show off never-before-seen charms as the characters of Mina Lee and Lee Seung-joon.
