Actors Jeon Byung-ok and Han Jin-joo are unable to leave their fishing spot due to fraud.

On the 26th, actor couple Jeon Byung-ok and Han Jin-joo, who are the same age, appeared on MBN‘s ‘Special World’.

Han Jin-joo said, “I got scammed and ended up here,” explaining the reason for her current rural lifestyle. Jeon Byung-ok lamented, “I’m always sorry. I fell for it without realizing it because I‘m so easygoing.”

Han Jin-joo then recalled the situation at the time she was scammed, saying, “It was so hard. I kept saying, ’This guy is so mean.‘ I cried a lot.” The couple ended up taking over a reservoir fishing ground from 23 years ago instead of their investment due to fraud.

Jeon Byeong-ok explained how he came to take over the fishing ground, saying, “An acquaintance of mine said he was a close friend and introduced me to him. He said, ’Why don‘t you try fishing?’ I‘m easygoing so I gave in without realizing it.”

He added to the sadness by revealing that he invested around 400-500 million won in the fishing ground introduced to him by an acquaintance, but the documents were forged and what he received instead of the investment was the current fishing ground.
